While there is no release date for "Kingdom Hearts III" yet and fans are hoping to get a more insightful update from the upcoming Japan's special November event, a fan is reported to have spread a theory that have captured gamers' attention. This theory, according to Design and Trend, pertains to the game's story and its characters and having said that, fans have begun to speculate if the upcoming title would investigate deeper into the connection between Sora and Roxas.

A Reddit post by kuraido from a few months back is said to have sparked such speculation. It seemed so intriguing that his argument was echoed by TheGamersJoint via YouTube.

Based on the video, it appears that the major point of the theory is based on Sora's known outfit and appearance in "Kingdom Hearts III" that shows a remarkable likeness to his nobody, Roxas. The same is true when the costume Roxas first appeared in in Twilight Town on "Kingdom Hearts II."

In the video, it also shows the folds that are similar in both outfits. From the top, both kinds of outfit have collars with neck folds that move outwards in the same fashion. The jackets may have different colors but the patterns are similar especially with the way the pockets are placed. The bottom part of both outfits don't say much on the other hand.

According to Design and Trend, back in In 2012's "Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Sora is said to have absorbed Roxas and his memories after the nobody insists Sora is destined to complete the 'Kingdom Hearts' saga." Because of this, fans speculate that in Kingdom Hearts III, Roxas's energy will be radiating through the outfit that Sora will be wearing.

Hopefully, these speculations will be addressed in Japan's special November event. There is no release date yet.  but "Kingdom Hearts III" is believed to be released for PS4 and Xbox One in the future.
