A Florida mansion that the late English singer Liam Payne rented in the weeks before his tragic death is now back on the rental market.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion is located in Wellington, South Florida. The former One Direction crooner, who died at age 31, moved into the pad with his girlfriend Kate, 25, in the weeks before his death. The couple allegedly signed a short-term lease on the property at the end of the summer.

However, that property is now back on the rental market with a rent price of $9,950 per month. The listing was first reported by TMZ, which cited real estate sources. The place has allegedly been refreshed with a new coat of paint and new decor.

The outlet noted that the listing is held by Laura Saintilus of FPB Investment Properties Inc.

Inside the Rental Property

The rental home, believed to be worth $1.73 million, is located inside an exclusive fated community in Wellington. Payne and Cassidy shared videos and images of the property on their respective social media accounts, which showed white walls, a luxurious entrance and a sizeable kitchen. The singer also flaunted one of the mansion's bedrooms and walk-in wardrobes that was filled with rows of shoes.

The property is located next to the community's clubhouse, which provides members access to a gym, spa, and tennis courts.

Circumstances Around Payne's Death

Payne was found unresponsive in the courtyard of the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Oct. 16. Multiple reports indicated that he was not with Cassidy or anyone else when he fell from the balcony of his hotel room. There have also been reports that he was exhibiting erratic behavior hours prior to the incident.

An autopsy revealed Payne died from "multiple traumatic injuries" and "internal and external bleeding" that were consistent from falling from such a height. However, it also found that the singer had alcohol, cocaine, and antidepressants in his system at the time of his death.

Investigators have so far classified his death as "doubtful/undetermined." Three people have since been charged in relation to the incident. The charges include crimes of abandonment of a person followed by death and supply and facilitation of narcotics.
