New love interests will emerge and past romances will be rekindled in the upcoming Season 4 of "Orange is the New Black."

iDigital Times reports that one of the fan-favorite couples in the show might be rekindling their romance in the new season.

One of the biggest shockers in the previous season was when Corrections Officer John Bennett (Matt McGorry) ran off and left Daya (Dascha Polanco) and his baby behind. In a recent interview with McGorry, he revealed that his character is not dead and he confirmed that he will be back in the show. However, he did not disclose the actual date when he will be coming back.

Christian Today reports that Polanco revealed in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that after Bennett left her and the government took her baby away, things will be very hard for her. She also emphasized that Daya will not be focusing on her failed relationship with Bennett. The actress said, "He walked out of her life and her main priority right now is figuring out how she can take care of her child."

Polanco said that Daya will be focusing on how she can be with her baby again. Polanco revealed that things will get harder for Daya considering that she is in prison and she is not seen fit to take care of her child.

The actress revealed that she does not know anything more about the fate of the characters in Season 4 at this point in the show's production. She said that the cast is also like the audience where they would find out what would happen to their characters from episode to episode. She even revealed that she only found out that Daya and Bennett will be breaking up when she got to read the script for that episode.

"Orange is the New Black" Season 4 is scheduled to premiere in 2016 on Netflix.
