Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick ended their nine-year romance due to his alcohol and drug problems and cheating scandal. This time, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians (KUWTK)" star seems to be getting everything straightened out as new reports claim that she has sought help from her lawyer to get full custody of her kids with her former boyfriend.

Reports have it that the mother of three has consulted her lawyer, Laura Wasser, right after she visited Lamar Odom in Las Vegas hospital to make changes to the custody arrangements of her children.

"Kourtney is requesting temporary full-custody of all three children," a source close to the family told Radar Online.

Earlier, Kourtney and Scott have agreed to have mutual custody of their three kids, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign,10 months, with the condition that Scott will remain sober, In Touch Weekly reports. However, things have stepped up a gear when Scott checked into a rehab facility. Seeing Lamar also apparently made Kourtney more worried about their own situation.

However, Kourtney could reportedly have a change of heart if Scott improves. Scott can stay at the rehab facility for 30 days, but it is said that if he really wants to be sober, he must stay there for 90 days. "If Scott gets sober and stays sober, Kourtney will allow Scott to spend as much time with the kids as he wants. They love their daddy," another source claimed.

It is also said that Kourtney and Scott may have no future together as she reportedly said that she's over him now. The 36-year-old reality star is said to be concerned about her kids' welfare and she's going to do everything to protect them.
