While Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) may seem to get any woman he wanted in the love department due to his tantalizing eyes and charming looks, sad to say, the lieutenant of the Rescue Squad 3 bureau is not yet lucky in having a successful relationship in the NBC drama. Spunning from the last seasons of "Chicago Fire" when he lost his beloved bestfriend Shay whom the viewers booted as the perfect choice for Severide. And by the fact that his marriage with then-wife Brittany Baker ended up unsuccessfully.

But as the actor that portrays the role hints, Taylor Kinney says that Severide would still be in the same ordeal for "Chicago Fire" this season.

As revealed from Entertainment Weekly's article regarding "Chicago Fire" season 4 spoilers, Severide will meet a woman when he takes the management course. "We both have common ground. I have to take the course, she has to take the course and we help each other and we build each other up." Kinney said.

Though the lady might be the new romance for his character, the romance will quickly go in the wrong direction. Kinney also added, "But then down the road it gets hairy; someone double-crosses the other person."

Entertainment Weekly also asked Kinney if there will be a possibility of Severide and April Sexton (Yaya DaCosta) love angle in the season. The 34-year-old actor suggests the same expectations like the rest for Severide and Sexton and that his character will only view the vibrant beauty as a "friend."

"They were friends and I think if we get too involved and mix that up it just takes away from the meaning of that. and Kinney also says that, "I'm not saying in the future anything is or is not going to happen, but I think right now and with logistics [of her being on another show], right now we're good friends."

Watch "Chicago Fire" season 4 every Tues. at 10 pm on NBC.
