Marvel fans are reportedly excited with the release of four different superhero shows that will be distributed by Netflix. After the success of the first season of "Daredevil," the show is currently in production for Season 2.

The Defenders Series of Netflix does not only include "Daredevil" but also upcoming shows like "Jessica Jones" and "Luke Cage." A new Marvel superhero will reportedly join the series as the company is said to be working on "Iron Fist."

According to Gospel Herald, fans are anticipating crossovers among the shows. According to the site, it was earlier revealed that Jessica Jones is also working within the walls of Hell's Kitchen, and there could be a huge possibility of a crossover in the future. However, Marvel has not disclosed any information about such yet.

Meanwhile, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) will have his hands full in Season 2 as he will be dealing with two new characters in the show, which are from the original comic book: the Punisher (Jon Bernthal) and Elektra (Elodie Yung).

"Jessica Jones," on the other hand, will be released by Netflix sometime next month. Krysten Ritter, who plays the main character of the show, has posted on her Twitter account the official poster art for the show. International Business Times reports that the official full-length trailer of "Jessica Jones" will be released on Friday. "Jessica Jones" will be released by Netflix on Nov. 20.

Other cast in the show are "Doctor Who" star David Tennant, who will play Jessica Jones' nemesis Zebediah Killgrave, or who is also known as Purple man, and Carrie-Ann Moss, who will play attorney Jeryn Hogarth.

Netflix will also release two new Marvel shows in 2016, with "Luke Cage" currently in production and "Iron Fist" already in the works.
