"Dance Moms" coach Abby Lee Miller was recently faced with $5 million fraud charges. After the news broke out online, fans immediately thought that she will be axed from the upcoming episodes of the Lifetime reality TV show.
However, it was recently confirmed that Miller filmed the second episode of "Dance Moms" Season 6 on Monday. The untitled episode will reportedly feature the ALDC dancers competing at the New York Dance Experience in Calabasas, California.
Unfortunately, Mackenzie Ziegler, Kendall Vertes, JoJo Siwa, Nia Frazer, Brynn Rumfallo and Kalani Hilliker didn't do so well in the competition. The team only placed second overall for their contemporary group dance "Hungry Like the Wolves," according to Design & Trend.
Fans also noticed that Maddie Ziegler has already missed two episodes of "Dance Moms," according to the show's spoiler site. During episode one's filming, the 13-year-old Sia dancer didn't make it to the competition because she was filming "The Book of Henry" in New York City. On Saturday, Ziegler once again missed out on another competition, and some fans believe that she could be axed from "Dance Moms" for good.
In the past, Ziegler has been very vocal about wanting to pursue a career in acting, and it seems that her wish is finally coming true. However, this also means that her time will be divided between her appearances on "Dance Moms," her new acting career, as well as her other engagements.
Meanwhile, some fans of Ziegler are also worried that ALDC will have some difficulty getting first-place wins in the upcoming competitions if Ziegler will still be absent. As of late, Ziegler has been very quiet about her stint on "Dance Moms." She has not posted any new photos featuring her teammates via Instagram either.
"Dance Moms" Season 6 will premiere on Lifetime sometime next year.
