A few months after its controversial release, "Batman: Arkham Knight" PC version made a winning comeback to Steam stores on Oct. 28, Wednesday, giving away freebies to loyal customers and new buyers. It will be recalled that the game was temporarily taken off shelves merely a couple of days after its release in June due to bugs and other technical problems.

In celebration of the game's relaunch, Warner Bros. will be giving away free copies of the following games: "Arkham Asylum," "Arkham City," "Arkham Origins," and "Blackgate." The lucky customers will include those who already bought the game for PC before the pullout as well as those who will buy it before Nov. 16.

"We're actively working with our partners at Valve to make this happen as soon as we can, so watch your Steam Library," Warner Bros. said, as reported by Gamespot. "We are aiming to deliver all of the games by December."

Meanwhile, video game developer Rocksteady has announced that it is currently creating a new "Community Challenge Pack" as a "thank you" gift for PC players. Although the contents were not disclosed, Warner Bros. assured Steam players they will soon have access to the maps a week before the consoles arrive.

Further information will be announced at a later date, according to Gamespot.

Warner Bros. also teamed up with Valve in promoting both Arkham Knight and Team Fortress 2. Valve challenges players to create Arkham-themed cosmetic items using the Workshop tools in Team Fortress 2. The promo will run from Oct. 28 to Nov. 16. At the end of the challenge, Valve will choose the winning items, to be given away to anyone who purchases Batman: Arkham Knight before Nov 16.

Aside from being featured for creating top-quality items, Team Fortress 2 will award winners with dozens of free PC games including Arkham Knight, The LEGO movie - Videogame, Mortal Kombat, F.E.A.R., and more. Fans can view the free list of games through the Team Fortress 2 website.
