Google Play's new game application will permit users to record and share their best gaming moments from their portable gadgets. With this update, altering and transferring video contents to YouTube is now made easier.
The new feature can assist Google in building the volume of video game related content on YouTube, Tech Crunch reported. From that point, users can now skim through more than 25,000 pages that are devoted to gaming, where they can get access to special game channels, recordings and even live streams. Google said there are currently 144 billion minutes of gaming videos and live streams that are being viewed on YouTube daily.
With the new Google Play upgrade, users can now choose the game they want through Google Play app, and then tap the record button. Gamers can decide to include videos of themselves as well as comments via their gadget's front camera. After recording, the app can now provide gamers an easier method of checking out their video, modifying it, then sharing it on YouTube.
At present, 2.4 billion hours of gaming video contents have been shared through YouTube, and this has prompted experts to call the service a developing wonder, Yibada reported.
Google Play's new game application will first take off in the United States and the United Kingdom sometime soon. So whether fans are leading their clan to victory in the popular "Clash of Clans," munching a great number of amoebas in "Agar.io," or building new and exciting worlds in "Minecraft: Pocket Edition," it has never been this easier to record a favorite gaming moment and share them with friends via Youtube.
Google Play Games update is now available on APK Mirror. It appears to provide direct access to game recording immediately upon installation, so no server side magic or tricks are required. It is yet unclear if it will work outside the US and UK, though.
