iPad Pro has been put to benchmark tests. The newest Apple addition, after the test, revealed that it has features that can outperform the Microsoft Surface Pro, MacBook Pro, and MacBook.

Apple's current CEO, Tim Cook, revealed to BGR that the iPad Pro was not manufactured to replace personal computers, but it can outperform those which most users have been accustomed with. Reports that came following the iPad Pro's public revelation proved all speculations to be true because of its powerful hardware. Reportedly, it can outdo its competitors, the Surface Pro 4 and MacBook, in benchmark testing.

The iPad Pro is equipped with an A9X dual-core chip, 2.25GHz clocked which is approximately around 300MHz than the iPhone 6S' chip. Also, benchmark testing results have proven that iPad Pro has beaten all other iOS devices because of its 4GB RAM and better graphics.

The iPad Pro will come with a 1.9-inch display that can execute similar functions with the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and the MacBook Pro as revealed by the single-core benchmark test, Apple Insider reported. It is faster than the Retina 12-inch Macbook and the MacBook Air 2015. With regards to the multi-core testing process, the iPad Pro has shown superb performance, exceeding that of the MacBook Air and Retina MacBook's offerings. With regards to graphics, the A9X chip performance is way better that anything available in the market today.

The iPad Pro reportedly is to be sold at $799, while the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is priced at $899. However, when users want to own a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 that is a lot more competent than the iPad Pro, users will have to upgrade to the $1299 device that is run by Core i5 of Intel, which is currently being sold for the same price with the MacBook Pro 13-inch.

The iPad Pro was launched in Nov. 11 with limited in-store units at Apple Retail Stores within United Kingdom, Canada, and United States.
