Taylor Swift's favorite hotspot The Colony, a winter ski destination in Park City, Utah, is now on sale for $15.9 million.

Curbed exclusively reported that the celebrity magnet is recently listed for a "no-reserve auction." The private property ranked seventh among the outlet's 10 most expensive homes in Park City to date.

Back in 2012, "The "Bad Blood" singer reportedly enjoyed her vacation in Park City with her now ex-boyfriend, One Direction's Harry Styles. However, Swift is just one of many Hollywood celebs who rented the 17,422-square-foot dwelling in the past.

Justin Bieber posted his most recent trip at The Colony six weeks ago. The "What Do You Mean?" singer is known as a frequent renter of the posh winter wonderland, which is nestled on a 4.63-acre lot in Park City.

According to Concierge Auctions, the other A-list stars who fell in love with the ski home are radio host Larry King, and the former couple, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore. Built in 2001, ski retreat home at 72 White Pine Canyon is designed by the city architect Jack Thomas. It has 11 full bathrooms and nine bedrooms including a bunk sleeping area for 8 people. The luxurious property is perfect for long-term vacations for a large group of people. It also contains a monumental guestroom for gatherings, a separate room for the caretaker and four partial bathrooms.

Zillow also shared some of the additional features including an outdoor fireplace, 2,504-square-foot finished basement and a 1,092-square-foot attached parking that can fit three cars.

As described by the site, the mountainous estate gives off a unique viewing experience as the area is surrounded by snow-covered trees and mountains. The multi-million place is also adorned with stone, wooden and steel details, which complemented the majestic winter backdrop.

Renters will also have the chance to maximize their skiing experience as the place is located near one of the largest ski resorts in the area, the Vail Resorts.

The 72 White Pine Canyon Home is represented by real estate agent Paul Benson of Engel Voelkers.
