According to Business Wire, Kaplan Real Estate Education has announced last January 2020 that they will be starting a partnership with a well-known provider in both development solutions and professional training, namely Dale Carnegie Training, in providing much-needed behavioural support and training certificate for many professionals working in the real estate market and industry.
They are aiming to help real estate professionals in the industry to deal with behavioural-related cases and scenarios that they might encounter by providing them with both the support and tools they will be needing. The partnership will host an online course named "How to Win Friends and Influence People: Secrets of Success". The said online course will cater to 30 online students and will be introduced to Dale Carnegie's behavioural principles. Those said principles are listed below:
- Create lasting impressions.
- Building trusting relationships.
- Becoming a better leader.
Once a student is enrolled in the said course, they will be receiving an online guidebook that contains various exercises. The students can solve those exercises by simply applying those mentioned principles above accordingly to an individual's scenario.
The reason why both parties have agreed to create the said partnership is that they have noticed that many professionals who entered the real estate industry will leave it in just a few years after, not lasting more than 5 years. To combat the said situation, the partnership will aim to fill in the gap of the missing behavioural support and tools that many real estate professionals currently are lacking in the current industry.
The said online course have initially started in January of 2020 and was first offered in a few numbers of states within a country during that time.
