While the rest of the world is still battling with the coronavirus global pandemic, losing jobs and source of income, some Americans are lining up for an overnight stay with a luxurious boat house a.k.a "floating mansion" in Miami.
According to Fox Business, the luxury real estate was first listed for $5.9 million and had a slight mark down for $5.5 million. While a potential buyer is nowhere in sight, the floating property is available for rent at $2,500 per night on the vacation rental online marketplace called Vrbo. But the demand for rent is too overwhelming leading the site to take down the listing on Friday morning.
Several boat-rental sites holding the listing also charges $3,000 t0 $6,000 to use the boat house per day.
Aside from paying multi million dollars, there are other requirements upon purchasing the 75-foot-long boat house. You will need a boating safety certification and driver's license or you can just hire a qualified captain to maneuver the floating mansion on the water.
