Mark Cuban, a man worth $6.2 billion, possesses many real estate properties, with the most popular being his $13 million mansion in Dallas.
Purchased in 1999, Cuban's chateau-style home is located in the exclusive Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Mark Cuban's residence is a sprawling testament to architectural elegance and modern design, with the estate spread across seven acres and the main house spanning 23,676 square feet in size, per Luxury Launches.
Inside Cuban's Home
Cuban's $13 million mansion features 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. However, one of the bedrooms was converted into a home office equipped with a basic desk and work chair.
In addition to the mansion's many rooms, the property also features almost 5,000 square feet of garage space. The space is connected to the right of the main home and houses the billionaire's numerous cars. The property initially came with three garages attached to the main house before Cuban expanded the space.
Outside the mansion, guests are greeted with a large driveway where a fountain sits. There is also a three-story guest house flanked by a swimming pool, basketball and tennis court, and a well-manicured lawn.
To date, Cuban has yet to publish any lavish home tours. However, snippets from his social media accounts show that the $13 million mansion has five wet bars, five fireplaces, and an expansive wine cellar. The home is also equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system, according to Fancy Pants Homes.
Cuban's Other Home
In addition to his Dallas mansion, Cuban also owns a $19 million house at the Laguna Beach Montage that he purchased in 2018. That property is one of the 13 homes in the exclusive gated neighborhood of the Montage. Because his home is located in the Montage community, Cuban has access to hotel amenities, including housekeeping, room service, and concierge, as reported by Business Insider.
The Laguna Beach mansion features six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms and offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. The property also features amenities such as an office, a library, a theater, a bar, and a built-in wine cellar that holds 800 wine bottles, per Mansion Global.
