Sydney Sweeney's professional career has taken off after starring in her breakout role in "Euphoria." And it's only getting better, especially after she starred in the new horror/drama film Immaculate.
Similar to her career, Sweeney's real estate portfolio is also growing. Here's a look at her properties.
2021
In 2021, the year Sweeney starred as Olivia Mossbacher in Max's "White Lotus" series, the star purchased a Tudor-style home in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $3 million. Prior to her purchase, the stunning 3,200-square-foot mansion was last put up for sale in 1972 when the former owners paid only $85,500 for the property, per the New York Post.
Sweeney's Tudor-style mansion boasted five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Built in 1933, the property, the property also features an outdoor brick fireplace and a front porch with a view of a nearby golf course.
2022
The following year after her first home purchase, Sweeney revealed she bought back her great grandparents' two-bedroom home, which her family previously sold due to financial hardships.
"My great-grandma had this beautiful house, it's a two-bedroom, cute house that they lived in. My grandma was born in it, my mom was born in it, and then as the kids got older, they built on the property another home," she said on "The Kelly Clarkson Show." "When my great-grandpa passed away and my great-grandmother got old, they just couldn't afford to keep it anymore. Last year, I called up the owners and I said, 'I want to buy my great-grandma's house back.'"
It is unclear where the house is located.
2023
Last year, Sweeney bought a 4,477-square-foot fixer-upper in Bel Air for $6.2 million. The mansion, which features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, sits on a 1.25-acre heavily wooded land. It is unclear how much Sweeney and her fiance, Jonathan Davino, plan to spend on renovations.
There are no interior photos of the Bel Air mansion, but the real estate listing hinted that the existing homes on the property may need to be torn down, per Elite Agent.
2024
While Sweeney has not made any property purchases in the first three months of 2024, she did reveal that she paid off her mother's mortgage for her home in Spokane.
"As a kid, I always dreamt of being able to take care of my parents, so that was a really big thing for me to be able to do," she told WhoWhatWear.
