Sydney Sweeney is now the new owner of a luxe oceanfront estate in South Florida, purchasing it for nearly $13.5 million on Tuesday.

Sweeney, 26, bought the property for $4.5 million less than its asking price, per Page Six. Her purchase price comes out to $1,744 per square foot. The median price per square foot in the area is currently at $940, Realtor noted.

It is unclear if she bought the property on her own or if it was a joint investment with Jonathan Davino, her fiance.

Inside Sydney Sweeney's New Home

Built in 2015, the actress' new property sits on a 7,720-square-foot triangular lot facing the water on two sides. The main home itself spans 3,200 square feet and boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The property features plenty of amenities, including a chef's kitchen, a 520-bottle wine room, a 330-gallon aquarium, a protected canal, 19-foot ceilings, and an infinity pool. In addition, the home has an elevator, a home gym, a game room, a custom walnut bar, two boat lifts, and a boat launch.

The home has a split layout, which makes room for a breezeway in the middle. The property is surrounded by swaying palm trees and a 100-foot seawall.

Sweeney's Real Estate Portfolio

Sydney Sweeney's purchase of the oceanfront property marks her fourth real estate property. Last year, the actress bought a 4,477-square-foot fixer-upper in Bel Air for $6.2 million. That mansion, which features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, sits on a 1.25-acre wooded land.

In 2022, Sweeney bought back her great grandparents' two-bedroom home. Her family previously sold that house due to financial hardships.

"When my great-grandpa passed away and my great-grandmother got old, they just couldn't afford to keep it anymore. Last year, I called up the owners and I said, 'I want to buy my great-grandma's house back,'" she said.

In 2021, the year she starred in Max's "White Lotus" series, Sweeney bought a Tudor-style home in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $3 million. That property spans 3,200 square feet and boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
