All three Alexander brothers have been accused of allegedly participating in raping a New York City woman at a Manhattan apartment in 2012.
The most recent accusation was made in a lawsuit filed Tuesday in a New York state court. Angelica Parker claimed Alon and Tal Alexander assaulted her in the fall of 2012 in their apartment in SoHo while Oren watched, as first reported by The Real Deal.
"Ms. Parker was raped by Alon and Tal Alexander, together, in a coordinated sexual assault that was planned and facilitated by Oren Alexandar along with his brothers. Specifically, Alon Alexander orally and vaginally raped Ms. Parker," the suit read.
"While he was vaginally raping Ms. Parker, Tal proceeded to forcibly orally rape Ms. Parker against her will, despite her very clear verbal protests and inability to force him away on account of both her size and the fact Alon was holding her down with his body weight," the suit continued, noting that Oren watched the entire ordeal.
Parker claimed she was eventually able to fight off the brothers and escape from the apartment. However, she added that the brothers later made defamatory remarks about her, telling her friend that "they had sex with her" without explaining the whole event.
In her lawsuit, Parker also said Tal attempted to sexually assault her again several years later. However, the assault failed after Parker alleged she screamed loud enough that others could hear.
Other Lawsuits Filed Against the Alexander Brothers
Parker's lawsuit came after two separate lawsuits filed in New York in March accused Oren and Alon of raping at least two women, Kate Whiteman and Rebecca Mandel, more than 10 years ago.
In one of those lawsuits, Oren and Alon were accused of spiking Mandel's drink and taking turns raping her. In the other lawsuit, the brothers were accused of whisking Whiteman away from a nightclub and raping her at a mansion in the Hamptons.
All three lawsuits were filed in civil court before the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act in New York.
Both Oren and Alon have denied the rape allegations and claimed the accusations were "pure fiction." A spokesman for Tal, meanwhile, has decried the accusations as "outrageous lies in hopes of a quick payday," per New York Post.
