Popular TV host Andy Cohen has now listed his dream home in New York City for sale for $14 million.

Cohen recently listed his dream home. The house features three bedrooms. It also has four full bathrooms. The home spans 3,500 square feet.

The listing is held by Cohen's friend Ryan Serhant. He owns the brokerage SERHANT. Ryan was in the Bravo series Million Dollar Listing.

The home is selling for $14 million. Cohen's will go live this month.

The New York Times first reported the listing. The property is located in West Village.

Inside Cohen's NYC Home

Cohen bought the duplex in 2003 for $1.4 million. He later bought three additional units to expand the property.

Cohen worked with architect Gordon Kahn to merge the four units. He also worked with interior designer Eric Hughes to customize the space. The TV host worked on renovations for 21 years.

The West Village home has a number of unique qualities. For example, the home office features a gold disco ball. There is also a full bar and a den.

The kitchen features blue cabinets with gold fixtures. It also features a full bar.

The primary bedroom features a wood-burning fireplace. It also has an installed television and windows with views of the Empire State Building.

The bedroom connects to a bathroom with spa-like features. There is a soaking tub in the corner. It also boasts Waterworks sinks.

The property also has a guest powder room. That room features a vintage mirror and marble flooring.

The property also boasts a steam room and three storage units. It also has 25 windows with views of Manhattan.

A custom glass and walnut staircase connects the ground floor to the upper levels. Kahn designed the staircase.

Cohen has hosted holiday parties in his home. His guests included Madonna, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kelly Ripa.

Cohen will move to a penthouse in the same neighborhood. He bought his penthouse for $18 million.

Cohen's penthouse spans 3,000 square feet. It also has a private terrace and outdoor space.
