American rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs has listed his Beverly Hills, California, mansion for sale for $61.5 million months after the Feds raided the property.

Combs, 54, bought the property in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood for $39 million in 2014. The 7,000-square-foot mansion features 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. It also features several amenities, including a bar, a wine cellar, a library, a gym, and an indoor sauna.

The property also features a large living room, a gourmet kitchen with a separate catering kitchen, and a "state-of-the-art theater" that could seat 35 guests. Furthermore, there is a two-story guest house and a grand cobblestone driveway. The listing was first reported by Page Six.

Homeland Security Raid

The listing comes nearly six months after police and federal agents with Homeland Security raided the mansion. Authorities did not provide much information about the raid. Still, one unnamed law enforcement official who spoke to the Washington Post said the raid was part of an active sex trafficking investigation.

Combs was named in a lawsuit filed by former girlfriend Cassie. She accused the rapper of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking. Specifically, Cassie claimed that Combs would force her to participate in sex parties and engage with male sex workers in the United States and abroad. Three other women filed sexual assault claims later on.

It is unclear if the raid was connected to the lawsuits.

Damages to the Property

The raid caused "significant property damage" after agents reportedly ransacked the home, ripping our electronics and turning furniture upside down, footage released by TMZ showed.

Before the listing, there were rumors that Combs was quietly planning to sell his mansion following the raid. However, the listing is not connected to "any civil litigation or investigation." The rapper had allegedly planned to sell his property when his daughters moved out, a source told Fox News.

The property will appear on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). However, it will only be shown to "prequalified clients" or potential buyers who have enough fortune to afford the property, Realtor reported.
