The all-too sarcastic teddy bear is back for another movie! 'Ted 2' will bring back both the original male characters, best friends John Bennet and Ted, into yet another adventure as Ted wishes to have a family with his girlfriend. Discover how the story unfolds as the bear faces many challenges, especially when he is going against the government's will.
THE CAST AND PRODUCTION
According to Venture Capital Post, 'Ted 2' is a collaboration of Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild's creative writing, and the second rendition of the "talking teddy bear movie" will have its own unusual and interesting plot diversions.
For this second one, instead of Mila Kunis originally playing the love interest of John Bennet, played by Mark Wahlberg, the latter will meet another love of his life: his best friend's consultant with his rocky relationship with his girlfriend, which is to be played by Amanda Seyfried. Seyfried revealed that she has written a song specifically for the purpose of performing it in the movie.
Reports indicate that before the official release of the 'Ted 2' trailer, a teaser was shown on Facebook and during the Super Bowl XLIX, which gained tremendous support from fans, reaching about 31.7 million views on Facebook and YouTube in just one day after the said release.
Universal Pictures has produced blockbuster hits for this year alone, including 'Furious 7,' 'Fifty Shades of Grey,' and 'Jurassic World.' Will 'Ted 2' consistently uphold Universal Pictures' ranking streak?
THE STORYLINE
According to Comic Book, 'Ted 2' will show many twists and turns, including Ted, voiced by Seth MacFarlane, planning to have his very own family with his current girlfriend whom he has been arguing a lot lately. The teddy bear thinks that if he will be able to have children and uphold a family with his girlfriend, things will mellow down a notch. However, the government prevents Ted from making such big leaps unless he can to prove thoroughly that he, in fact, is a real human being.
As Ted and his girlfriend's issues escalate, Ted sees a consultant portrayed by Seyfried. Of course, Ted's best friend, John Bennet, will be with them all the way as he develops feelings for Seyfried's character.
