More than a week has passed since the Game of Thrones season finale, yet fans are still not over the fact that Jon Snow is gone. And now, more and more theories are fuelling the audience's desire to see the Lord Commander in the next season.
Even Daenerys Targaryen is rooting for his comeback.
"If I had to bet, there's a 50/50 chance," Emily Clarke said in an interview with MTV while promoting Terminator: Genisys. "There's some helpful people there who could bring him back to life."
Clarke is referring to one of the theories that Melisandre can resurrect Snow, like another Lord of the Light priest did when he revived Beric Dondarrion six times.
However, the Terminator actress quips, "I can, with all honesty, say I have no idea what's happening." She noted that she has no clue what the producers are thinking of next.
In the meantime, here are more stronger theories forming based on the trail of bread crumbs the producers are leaving behind in real life.
COMIC-CON
The GOT's line-up of actors appearing in the Comic-Con Panel on July 10 are the following: Alfie Allen (Theon/Reek ), John Bradley (Samwell Tarly), Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth), Liam Cunningham (Ser Davos Seaworth), Natalie Dormer (Margaery Tyrell), Conleth Hill (Varys), Hannah Murray (Gilly), Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark), Carice van Houten (Melissandre), and Maisie Williams (Arya Stark).
However, Kit Harrington is apparently a now show. This is surprising considering that that many of the dead actors made appearances in the said annual event.
It is also surprising that author George R.R. Martin and series creators D.B. Weiss and David Benioff will also be absent. Many are speculating that this is for them to dodge the continuous jab of questions about Jon Snow.
TWITTER POSTER
The "Beautiful Death" artwork was described by the official GOT site as "The official episode-by-episode guide to the most iconic deaths in the realm." It is noticeable in this tableau that the featured death in season 5 is Stannis Baratheon's.
HAIR
Harrington's contract with HBO to keep his flowing Jon Snow locks is no secret. But after the shooting of his said to be final scene, he was spotted last weekend with still the same hair.
