Game of Thrones' season 5 finale came as a huge shock after Jon Snow was seemingly stabbed by his mates in Night's Watch and there was no way of telling whether the character lived or died. Kit Harington, the actor playing the fan favourite character, already stated that he won't be joining the next season and even the show's writers are not giving away any sign of the character's redemption. BUT! Game of Thrones fans, behold, as there could still be hope!
A recent appearance at Wimbledon last July 2 is stirring speculations among fans as Harrington was seen still sporting Jon Snow-esque hair at the tennis event, HollywoodLife reports. Is this the clue that everyone's been waiting for about Jon Snow's secret comeback to the series?
The actor was rocking his gorgeous, curly locks at the event and the fans can't help but think that it's the same gorgeous locks that Jon Snow rocked on Game of Thrones. It gives everybody high hopes, but it could also be that he's keeping the hairstyle for a new role. Noooo!
Despite denials from Harington and the writers, the show's very own Daenerys Targaryen thinks otherwise. "I mean if I had to bet, I would say it's a 50/50 chance," Emilia Clarke, 28, told MTV. "There's some helpful people there who could bring him on back to life, but if it means that I'm that much closer to getting to the throne then, hey, okay."
And there's more! Harington has reportedly confessed to hating Jon Snow's long hair and even told Rolling Stone the first thing he would do after leaving the show is to get a haircut, news.com.au reports.
"Maybe I can cut my f***ing hair," he said exactly.
By that statement and that fact that he is still out and about with the long hair he 'hates', it could only mean one thing: Jon Snow is coming back! Or he could just be teasing us all. But don't do this to us.
