"American Ultra" just released its amazingly-designed poster for the upcoming 2015 Comic Con. The artistic piece shows a depiction of Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg having a chill time surrounded by a colorful ambiance and hip clothes.
"American Ultra" is nearing its premiere this coming year. Before the date arrives, the production recently released a sneak peek of what to expect from the movie while catering to an artistically designed poster for the benefit of the 2015 Comic Con 2015. According to io9, the pot-loving couple played by Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg are seen chilling, sitting by a couch while looking stoned.
Lionsgate, the production company responsible for creating the film clearly made an attractive marketing material by releasing the said poster which will be shown during the Comic-Con 2015 event in San Diego this year wherein the fantastic poster will also serve as a comic book cover that plays a small role in the film.
THE PRODUCTION
The film is directed by Nima Nourizadeh, screenplay written by the controversial writer/artist/filmmaker named Max Landis, and, as mentioned, the lead characters to be portrayed by both Eisenberg and Stewart. Furthermore, the movie is also a project developed by Lionsgate which is due to be released on screen this coming August 21st.
THE MOVIE
According to First Showing, the movie's plot consists of two potheads who are madly in love with each other. These two live in a small town but gets a ride of their life when a government operation haunts Eisenberg's role whose purpose is to kill him. When this happens, the lead characters partake in many action scenes that involve a lot of smoking pot. Furthermore, the real story behind the action-packed movie is that Eisenberg's character just wants to propose to Stewart's character making it a love story all in all.
