"Royal Pains" is only down to the last two episodes before Season 7 comes to an end. While fans are almost disheartened to hear that the USA Network medical drama is coming to a close in the next few weeks, fans will be able to see Divya making one of the biggest decisions of her life.

"Royal Pains" Season 7 Episode 7, which is titled, "Lama Trauma" will see Divya (Reshma Shetty) making a huge step towards a change in her personal life, Carter Matt noted.
Divya will be receiving an offer from Prince Quami (Wole Parks), whom she has been getting close to in the past few episodes of "Royal Pains." Will the Prince offer marriage to Divya? It seems to be the only thing that fans can think of when the synopsis for the upcoming episode was released.
The synopsis hints that Divya will be making "a major decision about her personal life," which leads other fans to believe that she and Prince Quami will be headed to the altar.
Fashion & Style noted that Prince Quami and Divya have been getting close to each other after testing him for a specific disease in "Royal Pains" Episode 3. In the episode titled, "The Prince of Nucleotides," Divya discovered that she and the Prince shared a similar story and these similarities only made them grow closer together.
Meanwhile, "Royal Pains" Episode 7 will also continue the story from where the show left off in its latest episode. Boris will continue to help the young boy that he snuck inside the hospital, as seen on Episode 6. Hank (Mark Feuerstein) will help Boris perform his miracle on the little boy while Evan (Paulo Costanzo) will try to chase a bad omen.
