Jesse Pinkman’s Real Estate Property Is Listed In The Market

Jesse Pinkman's house in the TV hit series "Breaking Bad" in Albuquerque, New Mexico, off Route 66 is listed in the market. The 3,539-square-foot home is sold for $1.6 million.

CNN reports that the Spanish Colonial home that has been used by Jesse Pinkman in "Breaking Bad" TV series could be owned by anyone who is interested to acquire the real estate property. The property has "four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two porches and a breakfast nook."

Though the house has been featured the whole time in the award-winning show's "Breaking Bad" as a setting for Jesse Pinkman's  (played by Aaron Paul)  house, the place has been preserved. The studio has created a set (a replica) to film all the party scenes so that the real house won't be damaged as the hit show runs and films the series.

According to agent Susan Feil, the house has become a tourist destination. "Yesterday...there were four young guys doing selfies, one was from Finland, they may stop and take pictures they've been very respectful." Feil told CNN. She also said that "Breaking Bad" has contributed to Albuquerque's economy since "It brought a lot of money into the city."

Metro UK says that though the house has portrayed like a den to drug dealers in "Breaking Bad", the neighborhood is far from what it is like in reality. Realtor Alicia Peterson said that Albuquerque in New Mexico is a quiet place. There are no "all night" parties and no drug dens in the area. Peterson also said that the owner of the real estate house has contacted them to have the place listed in the real estate market on Tuesday.

HighsNoBiety says that the house was built by a notable and highly-respected developer Leon Watson. It is specifically located in Albuquerque Country Club neighborhood. Aside from a 3,539-square-foot, it is a 2 storey house with original wood floors and stone-framed doors plus a gourmet kitchen.

It is also noted that the house looks nicer in real life than how it looks on TV. According to Alicia Peterson, the real estate property appeals to the buyer not only in the US market but also globally.
