In the recently concluded season of "The Bachelorette," however, Kaitlyn Bristowe seemingly had a change of heart and chose Shawn Booth instead of Nick Viall.
Many fans thought that Kaitlyn will be choosing Nick over Shawn, as the two seemingly shared quite a history together. While Kaitlyn and Shawn are continuously met with criticisms from fans and viewers alike, the couple refused to be swayed by such rumors and instead showed everyone their love for each other.
Kaitlyn and Shawn were spotted going on a trip to Vancouver to visit the former's family and friends, Daily Mail reported. The outlet reported that "The Bachelorette" couple missed their connecting flight and struggled with locating their missing luggage.
The couple packed on the PDA while waiting for their suitcase. At one point, the 28-year-old fitness trainer was even photographed laying his hand on Kaitlyn's derriere.
While some fans are already eager to learn about Kaitlyn and Shawn's wedding plans, the couple previously told People that they want to take their relationship slow and hang out "as a normal couple."
"I always pictured myself having a destination wedding because I'm so low maintenance," Kaitlyn said.
Kaitlyn also shared that she and Shawn are already planning their future, including their plan to have five children.
