Netflix Exec Ted Sarandos is selling his stately Beverly Hills colonial mansion. He is putting his Monterey Colonial Revival-Style house in the market for $9.3 million.
Los Angeles Times says that the Producer (at the same time Netflix Chief Content officer) Ted Sarandos and his wife Nicole Avant (former ambassador) are selling their home in Beverly hills. They bought their home in 2000 from Max Azria, a fashion designer, for $5.41 million.
The real estate property is a walled Monterey Colonial Revival-style house that is set in an area of 1/3 acre. One can get to the gated motor court mansion through a circular drive. The first that would come to view of the mansion is its "steep, shingled roofline, dormer windows and white trim," a beautiful sight that is normally seen in a storybook of 1920s houses.
The Beverly Hills colonial mansion has following interior features: dark wood floors and crown molding, formal living room and dining room, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a master suite with fireplace, terrace, and a "his-and-her" baths, 4 other bedrooms, and 6.5 bathrooms. The floor area of the mansion is about 6,138 square feet.
It also has other amenities like a swimming pool with hedged setting centers, spa surrounded by bricks, an expanse of grass with a formal landscape that complete the outdoor setting of the mansion.
The Business Insider has a collection of photos of the colonial mansion of Ted Sarandos in Beverly Hills. The online magazine showcases the storybook-like feel photos of the said real estate property. The areas that are photographed are the spacious living room accented by a grand piano, the kitchen with a large island, a dining room table that could accommodate a large number of guests, a gorgeous covered patio and admirable backyard, and other comfortable places inside the home that are ideal for relaxing. The bedrooms didn't have photos, though.
The real estate property is listed under Hilton & Hyland (an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate) with Jonah Wilson as agent.
