According to Wired, people are going to get the scare of their lives as "The Witch" trailer precisely showed what horror movies are supposed to look and feel like.
During the 2015 Sundance Film Festival, the movie became an instant fan favorite when the trailer graced the screen during the event, reported Time.
After which, everyone was buzzing about the new movie to hit the screens this coming 2016.
First off, the trailer showed the scariest peek-a-boo game that sent chills down the viewers' spine, especially with the thrilling background music that sounded like the haunted family will really dread for the remaining scenes of the film.
Secondly, there was a showing of a goat that received the harshest, most excruciating pain where every character in the movie felt like they were doomed for good.

THE STORYLINE
"The Witch" tells a story set at 17th century England where a family, after experiencing a dispute against the Church, decided to move their residence in the deep woods.
However, when they found refuge in the woods, they were not alone as witches, as well, were calling it their own.
After a witch stole a baby without the family noticing, strange curses begin to surround the English family. A member of theirs got possessed, suspecting that their daughter Thomasin was the one responsible for all the mishaps.
"The Witch" trailer really did well in enticing the audience to expect a wild and horrific ride. Catch the premiere of the movie not longer than next year.
