"Sons of Anarchy" actor Charlie Hunnam may be best known for his role in the FX series as badass biker Jackson 'Jax' Teller, but the 35-year-old actor seems to be the quiet type when it comes to his personal life. Is Hunnam looking to tie the knot with his girlfriend, Morgan McNelis?
Charlie Hunnam swept the entire nation and has become a fan-favorite since his appearance in the FX series, "Sons of Anarchy." While the Kurt Sutter-led series has already concluded in 2014, Hunnam has landed several roles in different movies, including "Crimson Peak" and "King Arthur."
Hunnam may have hands full of movie projects and deals, but it also looks like he's also looking to start his own family soon. In a report from Star Magazine (via Celeb Dirty Laundry), Hunnam is allegedly set to propose to his girlfriend, Morgana McNelis.
Hunnam and McNelis have reportedly gone through a lot since the start of their relationship, including McNelis' scandal after allegedly being arrested in 2009 for illegally operating marijuana in California. McNelis was allegedly placed behind bars for two days and was sentenced for three years probation, but Hunnam did everything he could to prevent the scandal from being known to the public.
While Hunnam has yet to confirm or deny these reports about his engagement and his girlfriend's alleged involvement in the marijuana business, the "SoA" actor is all set to appear as King Arthur in Guy Ritchie's "Knights of the Roundtable."
In a recent report from Inquisitr, Hunnam said that his character was very much different from previous renditions of the English legend.
"He's a little bit rough around the edges, but he's basically a survivor. He's a hustler," described Hunnam.
Hunnam also admitted that he has always looked forward to working with Ritchie, especially because he "fell in love with the story" of "King Arthur," which even drove him to start a career in acting.
