'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Star Adrienne Maloof Sells Home for Nearly $20 Million (PICTURES)

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast member Adrienne Maloof and her husband, plastic surgeon Paul Nassif, have sold their Beverly Park home one month after putting it on the market.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the two sold the home for nearly $20 million.

The couple first listed their family mansion in late September for $26 million because they were divorcing.

The listing agent of the estate, Mauricio Umansky, said the home sold quickly because inventory in the Beverly Park area has become scarce in the past two years.

The home, which is located in north Beverly Park, is a neighborhood where lots tend to be larger and homes are newer.

According to Umansky, the buyer is an L.A. businessman who was looking in the neighborhood for a long time and liked the home.

The French chateau-style estate designed by well-known architect, Richard Landry, is nearly 20,000-square-foot. Its features include eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

There is a wine cellar, gym and screening room in the estate as well as a swimming pool, a guesthouse and manicured grounds.

The soon-to-be divorced couple bought the home that was built in 2000 eight years ago for $12.7 million.

The house faces the former home of another Beverly Hills housewife, Lisa Vanderpump. That house sold last year, the Journal confirmed.
