Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Rumors: 5th Gen Skylake Processor to Boost Power Since Surface Pro 3

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is said to have a Skylake processor.

Microsoft is keeping its lip tightly sealed about the rumored Surface Pro 4, but fans cannot simply stop speculating about a possible replacement for the previous Surface Pro. It is also speculated that if a Surface Pro 4 exist, there is a big chance that it will have the newest Skylake processor.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 leaks have been published in the past about the rumored device that is keeping the fans excited. Several notable improvements have been made to the hybrid device, making it up-to-date with the latest technology that is currently available, and one of them is having newest Intel processor.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 weight maybe comparable to the older device, but it may be thinner than the old one. It is said that SP4 will be having a 12-inch size display and a 2,160 x 1,440 pixels for the resolution.

There is a chance that the new hybrid may have a bigger screen, 13 or 14-inch perhaps, based on the much improved scaling capability of Windows 10.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 operating system can adequately adjust the display to a wider range of resolution, thus making the rumored Surface Pro 4 works better with text and other programs, Christian Post reported.

Surface Pro 3 has an overheating issue, so the new model may contain an Intel Core M processor, but there is also a possibility that the Redmond tech giant may use the latest available processor to boost its power, the fifth-Gen Skylake, Tech Times reported.

The excitement level of the Windows-based tablet fans has been raised a notched higher after Apple launched a direct market competitor to the Microsoft hybrid tablet, the 12.9-inch iPad Pro.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 rumors haven't been confirmed, but if all are true, then both are at the same level in terms of hardware capabilities.
