Challenge and photo shoot aside, the drama inside the "America's Next Top Model" house continues in Episode 8.
Because Lacey got the highest score on previous week's episode, she got the keys to Tyra's suite. But before that, Tyra gave her a tip, saying that Lacey actually looks sleazy when she tries to pull of sexy. This kind of adds to the question of validity of her claim that she's virgin. If that really matters.
Meanwhile, Mikey has been one of the mean girls in the house. But in this episode, he seems to be changing. He approached Hadassah and Bello, admitted his faults and apologized for being part of their arguments in the past. The two reciprocated the effort and accepted his apologies.
Ashely, who's been close to Mikey, was eliminated in Episode 7. With her gone, Courtney takes the opportunity to get close to Mikey because she has a crush on him. Mikey was well-aware but for him, Courtney is like a sister and he showed that he's not interested.
During the challenge, Courtney was a difficult team mate for Devin and Bello, which contributed to them having the lowest score. Courtney felt bad and so in a sort of peace offering, she organized a birthday surprise for Devin who turned 22.
They were having fun with the party, but not for long for Nyle who started feeling out of place because no one seems to be willing to communicate with him. Things got worse when Devin borrowed his phone and took selfies. His phone is the only way for Nyle to keep up with most of their conversations and without it, he felt really excluded and so just left the room.
Being further disabled fortunately didn't put Nyle down. Instead, he became as determined to do better in the competition and beat Devin in next day's photoshoot.
Devin, Bello, and Courtney are the bottom three. Courtney was the first one to leave, followed by Bello. Bello refused to hug or bid the others goodbye, to which Tyra said, "That's a little different." Bello left with a promise that if there's a chance, he's definitely coming back.
