Sotheby's International Realty Brand Increases Market Presence in Maryland

On Friday, Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC confirmed that they have a newest member to its luxury estate network, the Monument Sotheby's International Realty in Baltimore.

The company is owned by David Swimow, Charlie Hatter, Noah Mumaw and Nick Travestead, and will serve the surrounding areas of Baltimore. Philip White, CEO and President of Sotheby International Realty Affiliates LLC, explained: "Expanding into the greater Maryland market has been an objective for our brand, and we have carefully searched for the ideal firm to represent the brand." They intend to have a strong media and market presence for Monument Sotheby's International Realty in the larger Baltimore area with two Inner Harbor offices. There will be an office number in Roland Park and a possible expansion in the nearby counties. The main headquarter will be in the Inner Harbor.
