"Castle" Season 8 Episode 3 titled, "PhDead" will see Rick Castle (Nathan Fillion) go undercover as a professor. The official synopsis of the upcoming episode of the ABC police procedural drama from Carter Matt reveals that Castle and Detective Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) will be taking on the case of the death of a local college fraternity student.
Castle will go undercover in order to completely unveil what led to the student's mysterious death. However, it looks like the student's death will also unleash deeper and darker secrets.
"He and Beckett soon discover that behind the fun and games of college are some darker secrets the university wants to keep hidden."

Meanwhile, series newcomer, Toks Olagundoye recently spoke about her character in "Castle," Hayley to The Hollywood Reporter. Olagundoye admitted that it was hard to enter a show, which has been running for eight seasons; however, she revealed that the cast and crew welcomed her with open arms.
Olagundoye also revealed that she does not have any idea about Hayley's backstory and what the future holds for her character. She admitted that not having any idea about her character's story was a bonus, rather than a challenge.
Olagundoye also opened up on the possibility that her character will find a love interest, especially after Jon Huertas recently revealed that Esposito has a crush on Hayley.
"Hayley's not really that girl. Jon's very funny and I think as just a comedic device, he has a little crush on her. It's not mutual. There's no sexual tension," she said.
