Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. Company Shares Increased to 6.9 Percent

Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) firm that is good in operating, acquiring and owning commercial properties based in Southern California.

It owns interests in over 64 properties approaching 8 million rentable square feet, and manages an additional 20 properties with 1.2 million rentable square feet. In June 2014, it acquired 83,852 square foot of industrial building along with additional land, which together total 7.9 acres.

In the first half of 2014, the company bought a two-building industrial complex which has 110,890 square feet on 5.7 acres, according to Dupont Business Center. The company also purchased an 817,166 square feet property, nine property industrial portfolio, the Chatsworth industrial park which is at 153,212 square foot in West San Fernando Valley and Avenue Kearny, and a 100,500 square foot commercial building.
