Belle Vintage Park is an active adult apartment complex for people from ages 55 and up. Now, STREAM Realty Partners has been chosen to manage the apartment. The property is located at Canterbury Forest Drive in Tomball, and has 120 units, all for rent. All apartments have one and two bedroom plans.
The property was developed by Belle Communities as its first project in the area, Bella Vintage Park is also designed with an emphasis on health and wellness, group service projects and social activities. The community has a clubhouse, pool area, walking trails, dog park, business center.
According to Stream Realty Partners, Vice President, Colleen Grahn, in an announcement, "We are serving the increasing number of baby boomers throughout the greater Houston area who desire a community of like-minded peers, where residents have less to maintain and more to do."
The firm's multifamily division manages Stream's active adult living team, managed by Stream Realty Partners, Senior Vice President Jeff Patterson. Furthermore, Stream plans to build same facilities with four Texas projects then in northwest Houston, Cedar Park, San Antonio and Cinco Ranch.
Stream Realty Partners plans to start renovations to the 300 South Brevard building in December and expects to complete the work by June 2016, says Daniel Farrar, managing partner.
Recently, Stream bought a $45.5 million office building and its eyeing for renovations like a redesigned entrance facing Brevard Street, new lobbies and restrooms, new tenants and retail amenities and a new building façade. The company awaits the newly modified building to encourage new office tenants requiring office spaces of 100,000 square feet or more.
In the previous month, Stream tried to approach new clients, and there were new developments confirmed like collaboration with Whole Foods Markets at the Caldwell and Stonewall streets.
