"Dance Moms" Season 6 may see new and familiar faces when the Lifetime reality series returns with new episodes next season. While alum Chloe Lukasiak has departed from the show in Season 4, many fans believed that she and Maddie Ziegler stayed as good friends; however, in Ziegler's birthday party, the former was noticeably absent. Are they no longer friends?
"Dance Moms" is already holding its casting calls for interested moms and kids who would like to join the Lifetime series in Season 6. Abby Lee Miller's return is almost certain, as the ALDC coach shared details about the show's upcoming season on social media.
Several fans may also see Candy Apples dance coach, Cathy Nesbitt-Stein return in the upcoming season. Nesbitt-Stein has previously expressed her interest in returning to "Dance Moms" Season 6, with some commenting on how she might be replacing Miller in the show.
In a recent interview with OK! Magazine, Nesbitt-Stein once again revealed that she is interested in returning to the show next season. The former Candy Apples leader said that she would be back in a heartbeat should the show film scenes in Ohio.
Miller's number one rival also admitted that while Jeanette Cota has done a great job taking on her team in the previous season, her team had a hard time adjusting to the new leader.
"However, I don't think the team of moms is as close to her as they are to me," she said. "Jeanette's personality is completely different from mine. Jeanette definitely cannot replace Cathy!"
Meanwhile, Yibada noted that Maddie Ziegler has seemingly ignored her best friend, Chloe Lukasiak. Ziegler recently celebrated her 13th birthday with Nia Frazier and Kendall Vertes and many fans began to wonder why Lukasiak was not invited on her birthday celebration.
However, some fans commented that Lukasiak has just undergone a surgery, which might explain why she was not seen in Ziegler's birthday bash.
