"Fallout 4," undergoes major change, it is the first series that has a fully voiced protagonist. In its video, some development team people and two dubbing actors are behind the project for bring life to the protagonist. This makes the game different from other gaming projects.
Motion and voice involves years of hard work, rather than rushing the final development, and there was a lot of trial and errors, as well as revisions between the rest of Bethesda and recording teams. This second part of a panel concentrating on the "Fallout 4" development and the first part also talks about why the project varies from most video games, in "Fallout 4," case the team are working on what they want instead focusing to a brief. On Nov. 10, "Fallout 4," is set to launch on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
This is a very complex project for the team as they said it took them years of planning and dubbing just to get things right and explained that they wanted to make a character that gamers can connect within "Fallout 4." They also believe that giving the character a voice could him/her seemed "normal" and could make emotional scenes in the game that will make it more organic, particularly when they apply motion capture on all characters.
"Fallout 4" will let gamers to make their own character by selecting its appearance, gender and color to creating their own community using scattered materials in a wasteland. Players can also make, upgrade and customize equipments and items from armored suits and weapons.
Pete Hines, Bethesda's Vice President for PR and marketing said in an interview, that the greatest they have obtained in "Fallout 4," is that they think all of their games are about the entire thing being more than the totality of its parts and its all about the little information that have various roles to fill-in based on what they are trying to improve on.
In other updates, a new "Fallout 4" S.P.E.C.I.A.L trailer will have letter "C" in it which stands for Charisma.
