eShop Backend Data Mining Reveals ‘The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess’ HD Version in Progress

When an icon of "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" showed in the system, it leads to assumptions that an imitated port is crawling in around the web. However, lately, the unofficial source of listing for "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" High Definition release was allegedly reported by Eurogamer to have been shown by Nintendo's eShop servers, proposing a full re-mastering possibly on the cards.

"The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" was first released in 2006 and had provided tremendous entertainment to gamers from different parts of the globe. Twilight Princess was one of the Wii's launch titles and was released as the last game on GameCube, Game Spot reported.

The game earned positive reviews from GameSpot's and was highly praised by its story, artistic design, puzzle design, length and compelling characters. Before Twilight Princess, which was notably darker on its first release, the game known as Wind Waker came before it and has already received High Definition treatment on Wii U.

Apart from that, Nintendo did a remake on its older game known as the Zelda which will be released earlier this year under its new game name "The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D" Also Nintendo is currently working on an unnamed new Zelda game for Wii U and is said to be released next year, IGN reported.

A Nintendo fan who's done a bit of diving in the Wii U eShop's backend has discovered mounting proof that the HD re-release of "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" is in progress.

No further comment and information from Nintendo yet to update the detail of the story. Fans everywhere are excited and looking forward to what would be the amazing surprises "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" could give them.
