Real Estate New Apps From Zillow & StreetEasy; Both Phone Apps Helpful for Agents, Home Buyers and Renters

Two new phone apps has been recently unveiled that are helpful for real estate agents, home buyers, and renters. These two new apps have been publicly announced on separate locations.

The new apps intended for real estate agents are unveiled by Zillow during the 2nd annual Premier Agent Forum in Las Vegas on October 15. The new app for the home seekers and renters has been launched by StreetEasy®, the leading real estate marketplace in New York City.

Geek Wire reports that the Seattle-based Zillow Group has announced the new app and virtual assistant program for real estate agents. Report says that these tools will help the real estate salesperson become more responsive with their clients.

According to Zillow Group CEO Spencer Rascoff , the new applications will help meet the expectations of the prospective clients. "The Premier Agent App will give agents richer, more detailed information on the contacts they receive from all their advertising efforts across Zillow and Trulia along with enhanced contact management tools that will allow them to respond more quickly from wherever they happen to be," Zillow Group chief business officer Greg Schwartz explained.

Other features that the Premier Agent App boasts is that it give agents the ability to see what a home buyer is searching for on Zillow. It is also provides information about the house and its neighborhood. And, the app also allows the agents to track and record phone interactions with the clients.

As for the StreetEasy® new phone app, Zillow Group's Online Newsletter reports that the new tool from StreetEasy® is "a completely rebuilt mobile search and shopping experience for New York home buyers and renters."

The StreetEasy® iPhone app provides the buyers and renters for sale and rental listings. These data are accessible to iPhone, iPad® and iPod touch® owners. Consumers would be able to dig into the information they needed about the real estate properties listed in the market. Within their palm and with the use of their iphone, they would know the "specific neighborhood or building based on location, search for open houses, access floorplans, full-screen photos, property histories and more."
