Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian Back in Each Other’s Arms as They Cancel Their Divorce After NBA Star's Hospitalization

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian decided to drop their divorce case and give their marriage another try after the former NBA player's hospitalization.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star instructed her lawyer Laura Wesser to file the documents withdrawing the initial divorce filing. The paperwork was lodged by Wesser on Oct. 21, Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, reported Sporting News.

The leaked court document shows signatures from both Kardashian and the former NBA star. It seeks to dismiss the divorce which has yet to be finalized.

The 31-year-old "Dash" co-owner originally filed for divorce in December 2013, four years after she married the ex-NBA player. Odom ignored the divorce documents forcing Khloe to seek for default judgment.

In April, Kardashian received a statement from the judge stating if she could not complete the paperwork that would finalize the divorce, the court would dismiss the case. However in July, Odom finally signed the documents.

Although both already signed the divorce papers filed and received in court in July, their split is never official because a judge has yet to process the documents.

"There is a stipulation of judgment submitted to the court, which means they resolved all issues in their divorce, and they're just waiting for the judge to sign it," celebrity divorce lawyer Vikki Ziegler told Entertainment Tonight earlier this month.

In 2009, Odom married the "KUWTK" star a month after they met. Four years later, the couple split amid Odom's cheating and drug use rumors. They have been living separately since then.

However, since Oct. 13, the day when Odom was found unconscious at the Love Ranch Brothel in Crystal, Nevada, the Kardashian has never left his side. Before the incident, she was dating another basketball player, James Harden, but the two broke it off after Lamar was hospitalized.
