Sony RX1R II, the company's latest creation, was recently unveiled and it comes with powerful features. It is a full-frame camera, which is capable of producing 42.4 MP images, and to top it off, it measures 4.46-inches wide, 2.57-inches high and 3.83-inches from front to back only.
The Sony RX1R II is equipped with a back-illuminated 35mm full-frame Exmor R CMOS sensor that can cover an ISO range of 100-25600. It can further be expanded to 50-102400. The camera can also come with the BIONZ advanced image processing engine which can transfer data 3.5 times faster than its predecessor, Sony revealed.
The full frame of RX1R II also comes with the Fast Hybrid AF system that will let its user capture every possible moment. It can autofocus faster and can shoot five frames per second. It is comprised of 399 focal planes to cover every possible area where the camera is pointed, Trusted Reviews reported.
Sony also announced that the new full-frame camera offers the world's first optical variable low-pass filter that has three variable options to adjust the sharpness of images. Photo enthusiasts can even change the setting while taking images to capture the perfect photos.
Photographers can choose to use the push-up XGA OLED electronic viewfinder with 2.4 million dots or the 3-inch LCD screen with 1.2 million dots. The LCD screen can be tilted downwards up to 41 degrees or tilted up to 109 degrees upward. Giving all the convenience a user can get, it also offers Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity for easy sharing of captured images.
Sony RX1R II's features cannot make someone ignore the device. Images captured by the camera are said to be fully detailed, accurately colored and exposed perfectly, every time.
Sony RX1R II will be available come November and is expected to be around $3,300.
