Motorola Droid Update: Maxx 2, Turbo 2 Leaked Images Reveals Color; Droid Turbo 2 More Powerful With QSnapdragon 810, Shatter-Proof Screen

Motorola devices Droid Maxx 2 and Droid Turbo 2rumored leaks rendered the color of the variants of the handsets including the designs on the front and back.

Motorola devices Droid Maxx 2 and Droid Turbo 2 rumors were initially seen around Twitter. It was even posted by Evan Blass, a well known tipster. He tweeted "DROIDs (Turbo - Turbo - Turbo - Maxx - Maxx)."

On the leaked photo, the fans are able to see three color variations for the Motorola handsets - gray, white and black colored casing for Droid Turbo 2 while the Droid Maxx 2 variations were seen sporting a couple of color variants which appears to be in a blue and white casing.

As for the two Motorola mobile phone's specifications, GSM Arena reported that the Droid Maxx 2 is most likely to be part of the mid-range category of handsets. The device will be available in a 5.5 inch screen in full HD with a display quality of 1080 pixels. It will be powered by the Qualcomm 615 processor, 2GB of RAM, and a rear camera of 21 megapixels.

Motorola Droid Turbo 2, on the other, is reportedly going to be packed with a stronger power in the aspect of the CPU, specifically the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. Expectedly, it will be more powerful compared to the other phone, the Droid Maxx 2.

Motorola Droid Turbo 2 design integrates multiple layers of material to help bend and absorb the shock to prevent the screen from cracking. Verizon was more than happy to put its phone through multiple drops on a concrete block to demonstrate its durability. In addition, the phone's display is going to be on a QHD range, Techno Buffalo reported.

Motorola has yet to release an official confirmation regarding the specifications for the two phones; hence, the public is advised to take these rumors as things to expect.

Motorola Droid Maxx 2 and Droid Turbo 2 final specs will be announced by Motorola and Verizon.
