Last week's episode of "The Walking Dead" left fans wondering what would happen to Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun), who fell into a horde of zombies during its final scene. While the producers promised to reveal Glenn's fate soon, it will not be happening on this Sunday's episode.
According to the fansite The Spoiling Dead, the Nov. 1 episode, entitled "Here's Not Here," will be an entire now-and-then story, mainly focusing on Morgan Jones' (played by Lennie James) background. Reportedly, it will give fans a more intimate look into Morgan, how he regained his sanity and made his way into Alexandria.
Morgan went AWOL during the show's seasons two and four. Since his character's return in season five, fans have been wondering about his past. In season three, he was found in an abandoned town by Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danal Gurira). That episode was entitled "Clear," and it will be a major part of the flashback scenes.
Spoiler TV also reported that "Here's Not Here" will be a totally different show, and will deviate from the fast-paced, thrilling style of "The Walking Dead." For fans who are used to the show's action scenes, Romain Ossust, writer for Spoiler TV, stated that though episode four will be significantly slower, it will definitely not be boring.
"Here is a very meaning, captivating and powerful episode. Emotionally, it will be great ride. In my opinion, it's one of the most beautiful episode of 'The Walking Dead.' The writing is absolutely perfect and Lennie James is excellent as usual," Ossust wrote.
AMC has released a trailer and a sneak peek of the 90-minute-long episode. In the preview, Morgan is seen running through the woods, wearing a helmet and carrying a rifle. He is seemingly hunting or hiding from walkers. When he encounters a group, he doesn't fire his gun, but uses it as a hand-weapon instead. The end scene shows him arranging the dead zombies' bodies into one big pile.
