"Girl Meets World" fans and viewers are thrilled to see what's next for the show's love triangle between Riley, Maya and Lucas. While the first season of the Disney Channel series seemingly showed Lucas and Riley's romance, it looks like the second season is leaning towards Lucas and Maya's relationship.
Bustle listed 23 reasons Lucas should choose Maya over Riley in "GMW" Season 2. One of the reasons cited by the publication included the fact that Maya and Lucas always seemed to bring out the best in each other. According to the outlet, Maya seemed to unleash a whole new different side to Lucas' personality.
"Lucas was kind of a generic good boy and voice of reason before Maya started bantering with him. Suddenly, he displayed a mischievous sense of humor," the outlet cited.
Fans are still divided as to whether or not Lucas should choose Riley over Maya or Maya over Riley. Other fans, however, believe that Lucas should choose neither or the two, as choosing one of them can ultimately lead to the end of Riley and Maya's friendship.
Meanwhile, "Girl Meets World" Season 2 Episode 23 titled, "Girl Meets the Forgiveness Project" will show Maya writing a letter to her father as part of her assignment in class, Carter Matt reported. Maya will try to forgive her father for leaving and will try to let go of all her past burdens.
"Girl Meets World" Season 2 Episode 23 will air on Friday, Nov. 6 on Disney Channel.
