Next year is definitely a superhero films kind of year. There are two much awaited films set to premiere from DC and Marvel Cinematic Universe, namely "Batman vs Superman" and "Captain America: Civil War." Filmgoers will also get a treat to "Suicide Squad" and "Ryan Reynold's "Deadpool."
There is another Marvel film that is set for launch in 2016 that is really breaking the news beyond rumors and teasers, and it's no less than "X-Men: Apocalypse," directed by Bryan J Singer. Now, Singer ensures fans that a teaser/trailer is coming real soon.
The set images for "X-Men: Apocalypse" were also done more than a month ago, and Singer had been pre-occupied with post-production these past few weeks. The director's Instagram had been his medium in providing updates and hints about the film.
A few days ago, Singer uploaded new teasers that had all superhero film fanatics thrilled. He uploaded the photo of composer John Ottman, with a description saying that the teaser was coming real soon and that they are back in the editing room.
This pinch of an update had been viewed and liked over 5,000 times as well as is filled with users comments, which were all positive. Although the "X-Men" director has not yet confirmed the teaser's release date, it's obvious that many fans are already anticipating it.
"X-Men: Apocalypse" is the ninth X-Men film, and is a sequel to 2014's "X-Men: Days of Future Past." As for other speculations, it is said that there will be a possible romantic angle in the film, between Magneto (Michael Fassbender) and Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), although Magneto is likely to die in the movie. The cast will be joined by Nicholas Hoult as the Beast, Evan Peters as Quicksilver, Olivia Munn as Psylocke, and Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse.
If there will be no delays in the post-production, "X-Men Apocalypse" will be hitting the cinemas on the 27th of May next year.
