Days of Our Lives Cast News: Real Andrews, Brandon Beemer Return

Soap veteran Real Andrews and Brandon Beemer are returning to "Days of Our Lives."

Real Andrews took to Instagram to announce that he is back to the daytime soap opera, after more than a decade, where he played as a cop, Robert Perry, in 1995. His new role is yet to be revealed. Andrews posted a photo of him and the logo of DOOL and wrote, "I am back. Thanks for all your support. Stay tune for details. Thank you Jesus."

The motivational speaker and success coach also appeared in daytime soap "General Hospital" as Marcus Taggert from 1998 to 2003. He played as Agent Trumbull in "All My Children" in 2011 and as Dr. Keith Campbell in "The Bay" from 2010 to 2014.

Aside from "General Hospital" and "Days of Our Lives," Real Andrews is known for his role in "Born on the Fourth of July" and "Food of the Gods II." Other TV series where he was cast include "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "Law & Order" and "

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Brandon Beemer is returning to "Days of our Lives" as Shawn Douglas Brady for the second time. As reported by We Love Soaps, Beemer is replacing Jason Cook again. Cook played as Shawn Brady from 1999 to 2006 and then Beemer took over from 2006 to 2009. Cook returned last month for the show's 50th anniversary but it was meant to be a short stint only.

Beemer is set to appear again in the soap early next year.

Beemer played as Owen Knight in "The Bold and The Beautiful" from 2008 to 2012 and appeared in "CSI: Miami" in 2011. In addition to "Days of Our Lives," he is also known for his role in "Suits on the Loose" and "Material Girls."

Molly Burnett is rumored to come back as well.

"Days of Our Lives" airs weekdays on NBC.
