'Fallout 4' Fans Furious Over Cancelled Pip-Boy Edition, Bashes Game on Facebok Page

"Fallout 4" has just been released but now there is a buzz around the alleged numerous pre-orders of the Pip-Boy edition that have been cancelled.

According to GameSpot, just before "Fallout 4" was released GAME has released a statement saying that there has been a paypal and bank problem affecting a small number of customer. Part of the written statement sent to GameSpot from the company's spokesperson read, "While processing these orders, a small number of customers have experienced problems that have been caused by their bank or PayPal accounts not allowing payment to go through. For security and privacy, they do not share with us why payment has failed."

It continued, "We would like to reassure all customers that have pre-ordered that their order is still reserved and being held for them. Stock will be secured in our distribution centre until we are able to ensure payment and delivery. This stock will not be released for general sale. We will contact all customers via email within the next 48 hours with an order status."

In another report, Gamespot says that GAME claims it is a normal situation. But back in August GAME was faced with the same issue when a number of "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" pre-orders were also cancelled.

In another statement sent to Gamespot, Game says that its customer relations have been giving a great deal of effort to reach out to all affected customers but their efforts may not be enough.

Now fans are furious and have expressed their disappointed at Game's Facebook page. According to Gamespot, One customer has come forward detailing his inconvenience resulting from the cancellation his order. He reported was emailed with an assurance that his order has been held. The email asked for an order number, a telephone contact, and a time to call. After the customer replied only to be disappointed that no one had contacted him. A day later, he received the same automated letter.
