About a month ago, it was reported that PS4 players of "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" are still complaining about the save data bug even after the update that was supposed to fix it went live.
Those who play the game on other consoles namely PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC did not have the same problem. And the game was getting good reviews from them. Unfortunately, even after the latest patch, those who play "Metal Gear Solid" on PS4 are still plagued with the error that said "This save data cannot be used as the relevant downloadable content was not found," which happens when a player tries to retrieve a game that has been abruptly cut on a PS4 that has multiple user accounts.
Now Patch 1.06 is available for major all platforms. According to Gearnuke, this update has dedicated fixes for issues on FOB Missions, "Metal Gear Online" and "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain." Most importantly, those who play the game on PS4 will be happy to know that Patch 1.06 which is 670MB is confirmed to have the fix for the save data bug.
The evidence is in the patch notes. According to Konami's official website, the PlayStation 4 version save data being rendered unusable bug has been fixed in this November update. Other DLC-related problems were also taken care of. The remote play issue for "Metal Gear Online" that PS4 and PS Vita players encounter was also fixed, as well as the "Non-Progression Bug under specific circumstances" that occurs in both the Mother Base and in Episode 43.
And lastly, fans of Quiet on all platforms will be glad to know that Patch 1.06, according to Geek, reunites Quiet with the players on missions in which she previously was absent from. Quiet usually disappears after Mission 45 but now there is workaround to make Quiet stay for a longer time. This was not detailed in the patch notes but a Reddit user reportedly shared that he had to replay Mission 11 seven times until the mission description said "Reunion" instead of "Replay." It most probably is worth a try. So far, there are no reports of the notorious "Nude Quiet" mod being banned, removed or unusable after the patch has been downloaded.
