'The Walking Dead' Season 6 Recap & Spoilers: Norman Reedus Opens Up About Daryl's Plot, Confirms Glenn's Fate

AMC's "The Walking Dead" took its fans for a wild ride last Sunday, Nov. 15. Season 6 episode 6 focused on Daryl Dixon, the crossbow-wielding, motorcycle-riding survivor in Alexandria, played by actor Norman Reedus.

The episode opened with Abraham (Michael Cudlitz), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green), and Daryl being chased by a group of armed men as they tried to lead group of walkers away from their town. Abraham and Sasha were in a vehicle, and they managed to shoot and kill their attackers.

Daryl, ever on his big bike, shook off his assailants by cutting through the forest. There, he encountered three unnamed strangers, a man and two women. The three claimed to be fellow survivors who "earn what they take." Later on, the strangers were able to trick Daryl and take his beloved motorcycle and crossbow.

Reedus opened up to The Hollywood Reporter about the recent episode's highlights.

"The whole time we were filming that, I kept thinking that Daryl let everyone down - including Rick - and he took it personally," Reedus said, pertaining to the part with the strangers. "You'll see later on in other storylines that that really bites him on the ass."

Reedus also hinted that his character is planning a revenge, especially after the loss of his motorcycle and weapon. "If this is your game plan - to steal motorcycles and keep running - you're just going to keep running. You'll get caught and will run out of gas and can't haphazardly steal everybody's stuff; you'll never get very far," he said. "No one takes Daryl's motorcycle and crossbow! C'mon!"

In the episode, Daryl also encountered a group of men led by a guy named Wade, whose storyline remains a secret. Many fans are speculating that they could be part of villain Negan's group known in the comics as the Saviors.

At the later part of the episode, Daryl managed to find Abraham and Sasha. Before the episode ended, they heard a voice from the radio calling for help. Could it be the missing Glenn, proving the fan theory that he's still alive?

Reedus answered the ultimate question.

"It's not Glenn - but it's somebody at Alexandria," he confirmed. You can make theories this way or that way but whatever you see is right. I had the same feeling that everyone else had when they saw it and I was in the episode - I was pissed! He's such a beloved character and I'm rooting for him, too. But I saw what I saw."

Reedus promised more thrilling things to happen in season 6. "You ain't seen nothing yet. There are no slow episodes left; it's 100 miles an hour from here on in," he said. "It's not a zombie show right now. We have zombies but it's totally not a zombie show and everyone will know it. I'm really excited about this episode; it really starts the barometer of skyrocketing straight up into space."

For Daryl Dixon fans, the actor excitedly hinted of a possible romance looming in the near future. "I don't think it's the first thing on his mind; but yeah, I think it's possible and I think he might have already found it and hasn't realized it."

"The Walking Dead" season 6 airs Sundays, 9 p.m. on AMC.
